Jeremy is a British-born entrepreneur, international speaker, and global leader in small business Mergers & Acquisitions who currently lives in Dubai.

Introduction

With 30+ years of M&A experience, he has bought and sold over 200 companies, taken over 100 companies public–including one on Nasdaq–and advised on more than 300 deals in various industries worldwide. He founded Unity Group–a private equity firm that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

He lectures all over the world on the subject of SME Mergers and Acquisitions, with a focus on distressed and motivated acquisitions. Jeremy has taught people from numerous large organisations including Moore Stevens, KPMG, Tesco, and Microsoft how to buy small to medium-sized companies.

The Harbour Club

In 2009, he founded The Harbour Club, an educational company to help delegates learn his strategies to buy, fix, and sell companies. Today, it’s become the largest global community of certified Merger and Acquisition professionals for small to medium-sized businesses.

Since the Harbour Club launched, Jeremy’s delegates have sold lots of companies worth hundreds of millions of dollars combined. During one 12-month period, PKF–one of the world’s top accounting firms–did an audit and confirmed the delegates collectively exited businesses for $78,856,278. (Report available upon request.)

Publications & Awards

In 2012, he was asked by Capstone–the largest publisher of business books in Europe and the USA–to write his story. His book, Go Do, reached #1 on Amazon’s Best-Seller List on three occasions. In 2020, he published his second book, Go Do Deals, which became a Wall Street Journal and Amazon Best-Seller.

A three-time runner-up for the Coutts Entrepreneur of the Year award, Jeremy has provided mentorship to The Prince’s Trust, been invited to The British Houses of Parliament to advise on matters of business and enterprise, and been honored with an invitation to Buckingham Palace.
